A: Most probably an incorrectly connected shore power supply. It also depends on the shore supply itself.

Q: My domestic battery bank does not hold its charge anymore?
A: Batteries will at best last up to 5 years, but that depends greatly on the charge/discharge cycle. Leaving your batteries on charge 24/7 is not a good idea. Check for maximum charge regularly and let them discharge regularly.

Q: What shore power adaptors do I need for a trip to Spain?
A: That varies from Marina to Marina and also the Amperage rating of your existing shore power lead. We can make you a set of universal adaptors that will get you connected whatever you encounter overseas.
